The Hot Springs Village Property Owners Association chose a modified Springs Carrothers Family Fun Center™ with a skimmer system, underwater lights, and a layout with sidewalks that accommodate the project site being on a hill. There is also an umbrella shade in the zero entry area and multiple in-pool benches. There are five spray features in the zero depth entry for the young swimmers to enjoy. There are additional shade structures that line one whole side of the pool for patrons to relax in the shade and ornamental railing along the side that faces the neighboring golf course. This project included a new bathhouse with a concession area and a shadow block privacy fence enclosed filter area.
