At Carrothers Construction Company, our Estimating Team carefully evaluates each job solicitation when making the decision to bid a project. Carrothers has been a strong and successful contractor for many years, due in part to the precision work of our estimators.

Solicitation information is reviewed and evaluated on the size and type of work involved in each specific project.

Carrothers Construction generally specializes in the following areas with our own work forces, but also encourages subcontract bids as well:

The Estimating Department keeps an updated library of statistical information that enables us to submit accurate bids. Keeping detailed recorded history of prior jobs, a database of subcontractors and suppliers, and obtaining knowledge about current wage information, enables our Estimators to price a project with confidence.
